Hi everyone, Shalom Aleichem!

Good evening GanSist everyone!
In several previous series, the Superwoman Series has discussed how women can become strong individuals from various sides, namely physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. Being a healthy woman is not enough just to have an ideal body weight or a beautiful face. Health is a combination of physical fitness, mental stability, a good lifestyle, healthy social relationships, and the ability to live a productive life.
In the era of social media, health is often judged by external appearance. In fact, according to WHO, health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being, not just the absence of disease. In other words, someone can look fit, but actually have unhealthy living habits. On the other hand, someone may have a simple appearance, but have a much healthier body condition because they implement good habits every day.
As part of Superwoman Seriesthe 149th, here are 7 signs that can indicate that Sista is healthy.

1. Exercise More Instead of Behaving Impulsively
Exercise is not just an activity to burn calories. Regular physical activity helps improve heart health, strengthen muscles and bones, maintain brain function, and improve mood through the release of various chemicals that play a role in emotional regulation.
On the other hand, impulsive behavior often causes a person to make decisions without careful consideration, for example being addicted to shopping, eating emotionally, or engaging in habits that are self-defeating.
Someone who chooses to move more often rather than following momentary impulses is generally building a healthier lifestyle.
WHO recommends that adults do at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity every week, or around 30 minutes 5 days a week.

2. Stay healthy without relying on supplements
Supplements are not the enemy. Under certain conditions, such as nutritional deficiencies, pregnancy, or certain diseases, supplements may be needed as recommended by health workers.
However, a healthy body generally obtains most of its nutritional needs through a balanced diet (vegetables, fruit, protein, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, water), adequate sleep and exercise. All of this is a basis for health that is much more important than relying on various supplement products.
Healthy women understand that there is no magic bullet that can replace a healthy lifestyle.

3. Use money more for self-development rather than shopping addiction
The best investment is often not a purchased item, but a learned skill. Taking foreign language courses, learning a musical instrument, developing artistic skills, and pursuing professional training are all investments whose benefits can be felt for years.
On the other hand, shopping addiction can often only provide momentary satisfaction.
Healthy women not only maintain their body health, but also continue to develop their thinking abilities and skills. The more knowledge you have, the greater the opportunity to help other people.

4. Financially Independent
Health is not only related to the body. Financial security also affects mental health.
Financially independent means being able to meet life’s needs through halal and responsible business, without being completely dependent on other people.
This does not mean every woman has to have the same job. Some work in the office. Some become tutors. Some have opened businesses. Some work from home. There are also those who become content creators. The most important thing is to have the ability to manage finances wisely so that life becomes more stable.

5. Hair looks healthy and does not experience excessive hair loss
Healthy hair often reflects good body condition, although it is not the only indicator of health.
Light hair loss every day is normal. However, if hair falls out in large quantities or continues continuously, this condition can be related to stress, hormonal disorders, iron deficiency, thyroid disease, or genetic factors.
Therefore, maintaining a nutritious diet, getting enough sleep, and managing stress are important parts of maintaining healthy hair. In other words, healthy hair is a bonus to a healthy lifestyle, not the main goal.

6. Don’t get tired easily when climbing stairs
Climbing stairs is a simple activity that involves the work of the heart, lungs and leg muscles. If someone always feels very tired just from climbing a few stairs, this condition can indicate that cardiorespiratory fitness still needs to be improved, although of course the cause can also come from certain medical conditions.
On the other hand, women who exercise regularly are generally better able to carry out daily activities without feeling tired quickly.
This is one of the real benefits of consistent physical exercise.

7. Can sleep soundly at night
Sleep is a very important biological need. During sleep, the body carries out various recovery processes, including repairing tissue, regulating hormones, strengthening the immune system, and helping memory consolidation.
People who have a healthy lifestyle generally find it easier to get good quality sleep. On the other hand, prolonged stress, excessive caffeine consumption, lack of exercise, or using cell phones late at night can disrupt sleep quality.
Getting enough sleep is not a sign of laziness. On the contrary, sleep is an important part of productivity.

CLOSURE
As part of Superwoman Series #149, this discussion reminds us that health is not just a matter of numbers on the scale or physical appearance.
A healthy woman is a woman who develops good habits consistently, namely preferring to move rather than being lazy, prioritizing a healthy lifestyle rather than looking for instant solutions, developing her abilities through education and skills, managing her finances wisely, and taking care of her body through diet, exercise and adequate rest.
All of these habits may seem simple. However, it is precisely simple habits that are carried out continuously that shape long-term health.
Being a healthy woman is not a race to be the most perfect. Becoming a healthy woman is a long process of becoming a stronger version of yourself every day, so that you are able to work, serve others, and live a better quality life.
