Hi everyone, Shalom Aleichem!

Good evening GanSist everyone!
In several previous series, the Superwoman Series has discussed the importance of maintaining health, building charm, managing finances, developing skills, avoiding people pleasingto build a more meaningful life. All of these discussions have the same goal, namely to form women who are strong physically, mentally, socially and spiritually.
Recently, the term high-value woman often appears on social media. Unfortunately, this term is often narrowed down to just physical appearance, branded goods, a luxurious lifestyle, or the number of followers on social media.
In fact, in psychology there is no official scientific definition of a “high-value woman”. Therefore, in this thread this term is used as a description of women who have self-worth which is built through self-confidence, healthy habits, abilities, and contributions to the environment, not based on social status or appearance alone.
Being a woman of value does not mean feeling superior to other women. On the other hand, truly developed women are able to respect themselves and respect others.
As part of Superwoman Seriesthe 144th, here are 8 characters that are worth continuing to develop.
Quote:
1. Exercise regularly
The body is an asset that is used every day. The body is used to work, study, help others, take care of the family, and pursue dreams.
Therefore, maintaining health is not a form of pride, but rather a form of responsibility towards oneself.
WHO recommends regular physical activity because it can help reduce the risk of various chronic diseases, maintain mental health and improve quality of life. Women who move regularly generally have better energy to carry out daily activities.
Sports also teach discipline. Not all exercise is enjoyable. However, it is precisely through consistency that mental toughness is built.

2. Close to God
The strength of faith is a source of mental resilience for many people. Various studies show that a life of faith or religion can be associated with increased hope, ability to deal with stress, and psychological well-being in many people.
Closeness to God is not just performing rituals. His values are also reflected through honesty, love for others, humility, and responsibility for every action.
Healthy spirituality does not make someone feel holier than other people. On the other hand, healthy spirituality encourages a person to continuously improve himself.

3. Never Stop Working
Learning doesn’t stop when school is over. The world is constantly changing, technology is developing, and society’s needs are changing. Therefore, women who continue to work will be better prepared to face change.
The work does not always have to be a book or work of art. Developing a small business, teaching, writing, cooking, making products, conducting research, volunteering, are all forms of work if they provide benefits.
People who continue to work will continue to learn, and people who continue to learn will adapt more easily.

4. Live to Achieve
Achievement does not mean you always have to be first place. Achievement is real progress compared to previous circumstances. For example, successfully completing education, mastering a new language, completing training, improving work skills, improving health, or successfully overcoming bad habits.
Achievement orientation helps a person have clear life goals. This also makes motivation not only dependent on praise from other people.
The most important achievement is often the success of overcoming one’s own weaknesses.

5. Don’t Romanticize Wrong Behavior
Social media sometimes makes behavior that is actually wrong look attractive. For example, considering a consumer lifestyle as a symbol of success. Treat bullying as entertainment. Consider gambling as a shortcut to gaining wealth. Consider spreading hoaxes as funny.
A humane woman is able to differentiate between something that is popular and something that is true. Not everything that goes viral is worth imitating. The ability to think critically is an important bulwark so that someone does not easily follow trends that are detrimental to themselves or others.

6. Have a constructive community
The environment has a big influence on a person’s behavior. Friends who like to learn can motivate us to learn. Friends who like to exercise can make us more active.
On the other hand, an environment that always encourages gossip, gambling, bullying or consumer behavior can also influence a person’s habits.
Therefore, choosing a community does not mean feeling better than other people. Choosing a community means keeping the direction of personal development positive. A good community supports each other when they succeed, reminds each other when they make mistakes, and helps each other when they experience difficulties.

7. Not Influenced by Unrealistic Standards in Choosing a Partner
Social media often depicts relationships that seem perfect. As a result, some people have unrealistic expectations of potential partners.
Healthy relationships are not built solely on wealth, appearance, or popularity. Healthy relationships require communication, respect, responsibility, honesty, and the ability to solve problems together.
Having standards in choosing a partner is a natural thing. However, these standards should focus on character, life values, and readiness to build healthy relationships, not solely on appearance and status.

8. Dare to maintain boundaries so that they don’t become People Pleaser
Kindness is often misinterpreted as an obligation to always say “yes.” In fact, someone can still be a friendly person and be able to say “no” when necessary.
In psychology, the ability to set personal boundaries (healthy boundaries) is an important part of healthy interpersonal relationships. Women who are able to maintain boundaries are less likely to experience emotional exhaustion from constantly meeting everyone’s expectations.
Helping others is a good act. However, helping does not mean sacrificing your health, dignity, or all your own needs. Healthy boundaries actually make relationships more honest and respectful.

CLOSURE
As part of Superwoman Series #144, this discussion invites you to see that a woman’s value is not determined by social media trends, the number of items she owns, or the judgment of other people.
Women of value are those who maintain a healthy body through exercise. Have a spiritual life that guides daily behavior. Keep working. Pursue meaningful achievements. Do not consider wrong behavior as something to be proud of. Choose an environment that supports growth. Build relationships based on character, not just status symbols. And being able to maintain personal boundaries without losing concern for others.
No human being has all these characters at once. However, every small step toward a healthier, wiser, and more rewarding life is a far more valuable investment than simply seeking approval from others.
Because, in the end, a person’s value is not determined by what he has, but by who he is and how he uses his life to provide benefits.
