Hi everyone, Shalom Aleichem!
Good evening GanSist everyone!
In previous series, the Superwoman Series has discussed various ways to build strong women physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. Starting from the importance of maintaining health, developing skills, managing finances, practicing discipline, to building a strong physique. All of these discussions lead to one goal, namely forming women who are able to grow into individuals who are beneficial to themselves and the environment.
In the modern era, the size of a great woman is often misunderstood. Not a few people associate it with physical appearance, number of followers on social media, luxury lifestyle, or ownership of branded goods. In fact, psychological research shows that a person’s well-being and success are much more influenced by daily habits, the ability to control oneself, healthy social relationships, and a sense of purpose in life.
This means that being a great woman is not about being perfect. Being a great woman means continuing to grow, improving yourself, and being able to benefit others.
As part of Superwoman Seriesthe 146th, here are 9 attitudes that every woman should continue to develop in the modern era.
Quote:
1. Don’t behave impulsively
One of the characteristics of wisdom and humanity is being able to think before acting. Impulsive behavior makes it easy for someone to buy excessive items as an escape, say regretful words, or make decisions without considering the consequences.
The ability to control impulses is an important part of the brain’s executive function. People who are able to delay momentary gratification tend to achieve long-term goals more easily.
Therefore, before making a big decision, get into the habit of asking yourself whether this decision is really important for you. These simple habits can reduce a lot of regrets later on.

2. Exercise at least twice a week
A healthy body is the main asset for carrying out activities. Exercise not only helps maintain body weight, but also improves the health of the circulatory system, strengthens muscles and bones, and helps maintain mental health.
Not everyone has to take part in strenuous exercise. Walking, cycling, swimming, choreography, strength training, can all be options according to your body condition. The most important thing is consistency.
Women who get used to moving will have better energy to study, work and help others.

3. Have a stable job and income
Financial independence provides space for someone to make life decisions more calmly.
Work doesn’t always mean working in an office. Entrepreneurship, being a non-formal tutor, working from home, being a health worker, or a creative content creator, are all valuable jobs if done honestly and responsibly.
A stable income helps a person meet life’s needs, plan for the future, and reduce financial stress.
More importantly, work is often a means to create and provide benefits to society.

4. Do not engage in bullying in any form
Strong women do not romanticize violence to feel superior to others.
Bullying can occur directly or through social media. This can take the form of teasing, physical violence, victim blaming, body shaming, cyberbullyingor excommunication.
Various studies show that bullying can have serious psychological impacts on victims.
Therefore, choosing to respect others is a sign of wisdom, not weakness. Empathy is a strength, not a weakness.

5. Have positive hobbies that can be shared with others
Hobbies are not just filling free time. Hobbies can develop into useful skills, for example cooking, writing, choreography, knitting, sewing, photography, playing musical instruments, and gardening.
When these skills are shared with others, the benefits are greater. A person not only gains personal happiness, but also helps others develop.
This is a simple but meaningful form of social contribution.

6. Able to save at least 10% of income every month
The habit of saving shows the ability to manage finances wisely. The amount of savings can be adjusted to each condition. However, setting aside a portion of your income regularly is a very good habit.
Savings can be used for emergency funds, education, business capital, or other important needs. By having financial reserves, a person does not panic easily when facing an unexpected situation.
Financial discipline is an investment whose benefits can be felt in the long term.

7. Diligent Worship
Apart from physical and mental health, Indonesian women gain strength from their life of faith. Worship helps someone reflect on their life, be grateful, correct mistakes, and maintain morals in carrying out daily activities.
Although forms of worship differ according to individual beliefs, a healthy life of faith is often associated with increased psychological resilience, hope, and meaning in life.
Good faith values also encourage a person to respect fellow humans and live a life full of responsibility.

8. Not making men the center of life
Healthy romantic relationships are a beautiful part of life. However, a woman’s identity should not depend entirely on the existence of a partner.
Women still have life goals, abilities, responsibilities and competencies that can continue to be developed. Building education. Developing a career. Caring for health. Helping others. Take up a hobby. All of this still has value, whether someone already has a partner or not.
A healthy relationship is built by two individuals who develop together, respect each other and support each other.

9. Discipline in Everything
Discipline is the common thread that connects all the qualities above. Sport requires discipline. Saving requires discipline. Practicing requires discipline. Work requires discipline. Maintaining relationships with other people also requires discipline.
Many people have big dreams. However, only a few are willing to do small habits consistently every day. In fact, success is more often born from simple routines carried out repeatedly than from enthusiasm that only appears occasionally.
Discipline does not mean living without rest. Discipline means continuing to do the right things even if you are not enthusiastic.

CLOSURE
As part of Superwoman Series #146, this discussion invites Sista to see that being a great woman is not determined by appearance, popularity, or a luxurious lifestyle.
Great women are those who are able to control themselves, maintain their health through exercise, work independently, respect others, have useful hobbies, manage their finances wisely, maintain a life of faith, do not depend their entire identity on romantic relationships, and build discipline in their daily lives.
No human being has all these characteristics perfectly. However, every small step towards better habits is an investment in the future. Big changes almost always start from small habits carried out consistently.
Because, in the end, a woman’s value is not determined by what appears from the outside, but by her personality, integrity and the benefits she provides to others throughout her life.
