In several previous series, the Superwoman Series discussed how women can build discipline, maintain physical health, avoid impulsive behavior, and develop strong personal qualities. All of these discussions have the same goal, namely to form women who are strong physically, mentally, socially and spiritually.
However, there is one question that arises quite often in everyday life, namely what exactly does feminine mean?
Not a few people think that feminine women have to have long hair, wear pink skirts every day, speak in a low voice, or always appear with certain make-up. This view is actually too narrow.
Femininity is not just a matter of outer appearance. Appearance can indeed be a form of a person’s identity, but it does not completely determine gender identity. Women with short hair can still act elegant. Women who like to exercise can still radiate tenderness. In fact, women who work in engineering, the military or sports can still have feminine gender.
In context Superwoman Series133rd, femininity is better understood as a combination of emotional maturity, concern for others, the ability to be wise, good health, and a dignified attitude.
Here are 8 activities that can help build these qualities.
Quote:
1. Be full of integrity and morals
Integrity means harmony between words, actions and believed values. Women who have integrity do not easily lie for momentary gain. Women with integrity try to be honest, responsible, and respect the rights of others.
Psychological research shows that, on average, women tend to score higher on some aspects of morality and prosocial behavior than men. However, integrity and morals are not innate qualities that a person automatically possesses. Both are built through education, practice, experience and habits.
Therefore, make honesty a habit, not just an option when circumstances are favorable. Attitude and morals are much more valuable than image.

2. Eat more vegetables and fruit
A healthy body is the basis for mental health and quality of life. Vegetables and fruit provide various vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants which play an important role in maintaining body function.
A diet rich in vegetables and fruit is associated with a reduced risk of various non-communicable diseases, such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes and several types of cancer.
In addition to the physical benefits, a good diet is also associated with a more stable mood and energy levels. Women who take care of their health are not only taking care of their external appearance, but are also investing in their future.

3. Avoid Impulsive and Aggressive Behavior
Everyone has been angry. Everyone has been disappointed. However, maturity can be seen from the way a person manages these emotions.
Impulsive behavior often makes someone regret it after making a decision, for example buying excessive items as an escape, sending messages when they are angry, saying harsh words, or making big decisions without careful consideration.
Controlling yourself does not mean suppressing all emotions. On the other hand, self-control means being able to choose the most humane and wise response.
Human wisdom is a form of human strength that is often invisible, but which greatly influences the quality of relationships with other people.

4. Worship diligently to have a foundation of values in life
For many people, worship is not only a connection with God, but also a means for self-reflection. Through worship, a person learns to be grateful, humble, control impulses, ask for calm, and evaluate his actions.
Various studies show that healthy religious or spiritual practices can be related to psychological well-being, life expectancy, and the ability to deal with stress.
Of course, the form of worship must follow each religion. The most important thing is to use good values as a guide in living your daily life.

5. Be a Good Listener
Listening ability is a social skill that is often underestimated. In fact, many conflicts occur not because people are unable to speak, but because they are unable to listen.
A number of studies have found that on average women have a better ability to recognize emotional cues and show empathy. However, this ability still needs to be trained to develop.
Being a good listener means paying full attention, not interrupting the conversation, not rushing to judgment, and trying to understand the other person’s point of view.
Many times, a person doesn’t need a complicated solution, but just someone who will really listen.

6. Exercise regularly
There is still an opinion that sport will make women into tomboys. This assumption has no scientific basis. Exercise actually provides enormous benefits for women’s health.
Physical activity helps maintain heart health, strengthens bones, increases fitness, improves sleep quality, and reduces the risk of depression and anxiety.
Apart from that, exercise also helps reduce stress by releasing various chemicals in the brain that are related to mood. Women who exercise regularly generally have better energy and are better able to think wisely.
A strong body does not take away from the feminine side. On the other hand, a healthy body makes a person freer to carry out various roles in his life.

7. Sharpen Creativity
Creativity is not just the property of artists. Creativity is needed by everyone when finding solutions to problems, managing finances, cooking, teaching, running a business, and building social relationships.
Creativity can be honed through reading books, writing, dancing, making crafts, learning music, cooking new recipes, or learning a new foreign language.
Neuroscience shows that creativity involves the cooperation of various networks in the brain and can continue to develop through practice. Creative women usually adapt more easily to change and are more confident in facing challenges.

8. Avoid Victim Blaming, Cyberbullying, and Body Shaming
Social media gives everyone the opportunity to express their opinions. However, this freedom must also be accompanied by responsibility.
Victim blaming, cyberbullying, and body shaming can have serious psychological impacts on victims, including increased anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
Apart from having the potential to give rise to criminal cases in accordance with applicable regulations, this behavior also shows a lack of empathy towards others.
Strong women don’t put other women down. Instead, superwomen use their words to help others, motivate, build and remind in a dignified way.

CLOSURE
Being feminine is not determined by hair length, clothing style, or type of job. Femininity is much more visible through attitude. Through integrity. Through caring. Through the ability to control yourself. Through a healthy body. Through empathy. Through creativity. And through treating others with respect.
As part of Superwoman Series #133, the main message is simple. Build your quality from within. Because appearance can change over time, but a good attitude will continue to radiate quality at every stage of life.
