In several previous series, the Superwoman Series has discussed the importance of maintaining health, building charm, managing finances, developing skills, avoiding people pleasingto build a more meaningful life. All of these discussions have the same goal, namely to form women who are strong physically, mentally, socially and spiritually.
Recently, the term high-value woman often appears on social media. Unfortunately, this term is often narrowed down to just physical appearance, branded goods, a luxurious lifestyle, or the number of followers on social media.
In fact, in psychology there is no official scientific definition of a “high-value woman”. Therefore, in this thread this term is used as a description of women who have self-worth which is built through self-confidence, healthy habits, abilities, and contributions to the environment, not based on social status or appearance alone.
Being a woman of value does not mean feeling superior to other women. On the other hand, truly developed women are able to respect themselves and respect others.
As part of Superwoman Seriesthe 144th, here are 8 characters that are worth continuing to develop.

1. Exercise regularly
The body is an asset that is used every day. The body is used to work, study, help others, take care of the family, and pursue dreams.
Therefore, maintaining health is not a form of pride, but rather a form of responsibility towards oneself.
WHO recommends regular physical activity because it can help reduce the risk of various chronic diseases, maintain mental health and improve quality of life. Women who move regularly generally have better energy to carry out daily activities.

Healthy spirituality does not make someone feel holier than other people. On the other hand, healthy spirituality encourages a person to continuously improve himself.

Having standards in choosing a partner is a natural thing. However, these standards should focus on character, life values, and readiness to build healthy relationships, not solely on appearance and status.

Kindness is often misinterpreted as an obligation to always say “yes.” In fact, someone can still be a friendly person and be able to say “no” when necessary.
In psychology, the ability to set personal boundaries (healthy boundaries) is an important part of healthy interpersonal relationships. Women who are able to maintain boundaries are less likely to experience emotional exhaustion from constantly meeting everyone’s expectations.
Helping others is a good act. However, helping does not mean sacrificing your health, dignity, or all your own needs. Healthy boundaries actually make relationships more honest and respectful.

Women of value are those who maintain a healthy body through exercise. Have a spiritual life that guides daily behavior. Keep working. Pursue meaningful achievements. Do not consider wrong behavior as something to be proud of. Choose an environment that supports growth. Build relationships based on character, not just status symbols. And being able to maintain personal boundaries without losing concern for others.
No human being has all these characters at once. However, every small step toward a healthier, wiser, and more rewarding life is a far more valuable investment than simply seeking approval from others.
Because, in the end, a person’s value is not determined by what he has, but by who he is and how he uses his life to provide benefits.
