Hi everyone, Shalom Aleichem!
Good morning GanSist everyone!
Welcome to Superwoman Seriesthe 139th. In several previous series, the Superwoman Series has discussed the importance of building strength, maintaining health, developing discipline, managing finances, and forming a growth mindset. All of these discussions lead to one goal, namely helping women become strong individuals physically, mentally, socially, spiritually and economically.
One very important form of self-esteem and independence is having a source of income. Often times, society only views certain professions as valuable, while other jobs are considered less valuable. In fact, from an economic and ethical perspective, work that is carried out morally and provides benefits to society has equally important values.
A teacher helps build future generations. A janitor keeps the environment healthy. A trader meets the needs of society. An office worker drives the wheels of an organization. Everyone has their own contribution.
Therefore, the more important question is not what your job is, but whether your job is done morally, professionally and with benefits.
Here are 9 sources of income that show that women are able to increase their self-esteem through independence and good morality.

1. Work in an office
Working in an office is still a career choice that is in great demand. A formal work environment provides opportunities to develop professional skills, work in teams, learn organizational management, and expand networks.
Office jobs can be found in private companies, educational institutions, hospitals, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. Apart from earning income, experience working in an office also trains discipline, communication and problem-solving skills.
However, office work is not the only measure of success. The most important thing is the quality of work and integrity.

2. Selling
Trade is one of the oldest forms of economic activity in human history. Nowadays, selling is not only done through physical stores. Many women build businesses through social media, marketplaceas well as online stores.
Selling teaches you the courage to take opportunities, understand customer needs, manage finances, and build good service. Not all efforts are immediately successful. However, every experience will provide valuable lessons.
The biggest advantage of entrepreneurship is not only financial gain, but also the ability to create inspiration for society.

3. Working while traveling
Migrant is not just changing your place of residence. Migrant is often a life learning process. Someone learns to be independent, learns to manage finances, learns to adapt to a new culture, and even learns to build a network of friends from scratch. These experiences often form invaluable mental toughness.
Of course, migrating also has challenges such as longing for family and an adjustment process that is not always easy. However, for many people, this experience is an important part of personal development.

4. Work according to passion
Many people dream of earning an income from work that they really like. Passion can make someone more enthusiastic about learning, practicing, and persevering in the face of challenges.
However, it is important to understand that passion also requires competence, discipline and hard work. Just liking a field is not necessarily enough. Skills must continue to be honed so that the work truly provides value to other people.
When passion is combined with skills and community needs, the opportunity for growth becomes greater.

5. Work Remotely
Technological developments allow more and more work to be done without having to be present in the office every day. Working remotely opens up opportunities to collaborate with companies and clients from various regions and even various countries. This work model provides greater flexibility for some people.
However, working from home also requires strong discipline. The ability to manage time, maintain communication, and separate work time from personal life is very important. Flexibility does not mean freedom without responsibility.

6. Get a Scholarship
Perhaps, some people do not consider scholarships as a source of income. In fact, for many pupils and students, scholarships can help meet their educational needs and living costs so they can focus on their studies.
More than just financial aid, scholarships are a form of recognition for academic achievement, leadership, or social contributions. Getting a scholarship shows that learning efforts can produce real benefits.
The knowledge gained through education is also a long-term investment whose value often far exceeds the financial aid itself.

7. Teaching at School or Course Board
Like the illustration in this threadteaching is a profession that has a broad impact on society. Teachers and lecturers not only convey lesson material, but also shape the way of thinking, attitudes and future of students. Teaching can be done in formal schools, course institutions, studios, training centers, or through online classes.
The teaching profession requires empathy, patience, good communication, and a willingness to continue learning. The income earned from teaching is not only a result of the time given, but also from the knowledge shared.

8. Work Physically
There are still some people who look down on women who work physically. In fact, without these jobs, many daily activities would not run well.
Cleaners keep the environment healthy. Porters help with the mobility of goods. Household assistant helps with family activities. Babysitters support children’s growth and development when parents work. All of these jobs require energy, responsibility and trust.
There is no menial job when done ethically and professionally. A person’s self-esteem is not determined by the type of work he does, but by his morality.

9. Win the Competition
Competitions can be a source of income through prizes, grants or awards.
Competition is not just limited to sports. There are also science olympiad competitions, literary competitions, business competitions, beauty contests, painting, choreography, technology, music and various other fields.
Participating in competitions encourages a person to improve their abilities, accept criticism, and learn to face victory and defeat with wisdom. Gifts may only be enjoyed once. However, the experience and skills gained can last you a lifetime.

CLOSURE
As part of Superwoman Series #139, the main message of the series is simple. There is no one path that must be taken to become an independent woman. Some work in the office. Some people trade. Some have migrated. Some become teachers. Some work physically. Some people get scholarships. Some work remotely. There are those who build businesses according to their passion. There are also those who earn income through achievements in competitions. All work is definitely valuable if it is done morally, responsibly and provides benefits to society.
A strong woman is not measured by how luxurious her profession is. Strong women are those who continue to learn, work with integrity, respect every job that is in accordance with religious and moral norms, manage their income wisely, and use the results of their hard work to build a better life for themselves and the people around them.
